I used dusty pink & silver oil paints on brass to create these earrings. The backs are painted in the silver color. Both sides are glazed to give an enameled look finish. They are accented in sterling silver & dusty pink ceramic beads and are 1-3/4 inches long.
My Use of Mixed Medium Materials
Many of my designs are one of a kind pieces because I often use found objects and up-cycled materials. Beads are also a central part of my designs and some are made by other artists that create a bead in limited editions. For these reasons I may not be able to make more than one of a particular design. However, I may be able to make a piece that is similar.
